Jim has been promoting events since 2001 and when he retired from Mixed Martial Arts events in 2009 he decided to shift his focus to Comic Book Cons in 2011 with Albuquerque Comic Con.

Cody Smith-Candelaria is the Event Chair

Bill Stewart is the Operations Manager of the event

Bill Stewart is the Safety Manager dealing with health and safety issues, safety volunteer and staff, and other operations related to the smooth and safe running of the event.

The Management Team Ellen, Sabrina, Holly

The team includes hundreds of volunteers and staff. They all need to be guided by management.
-Ellen Smith who deals with dealer booth check ins, pre-orders, management operations, and guest placements.
-Holly Mayfeild is in charge of floor volunteers, event materials and print, and other operations.
-Sabrina Jane Mason is the VIP coordinator and deals with VIP Packages, volunteers assigned to aid VIP ticket holders, and other areas of Operations as needed.
